The weekend.
Yes, the weekend. It was full of much excitement. The nightlife... Since most of my friends all work at random times the only time we have off together is at night. So we usually go out.
Friday we went to see a cover band called The Plumbers... and they were apparently called that because one of the guys was dressed in overalls and looked like Mario from Super Mario bros. It was really cool and there were TONS of people at the place. We happened to get there early and only waited in line for like 1 min. I was just kinda enjoyin myself trying not to get claustrophobia from the almost constant onslaught of people walking by me and rubbing up against me or hitting my feet. Luckily I'm a tall one and I could see everything perfect, so it didn't freak me out that much. But during one of the songs the guy that looked like mario started climbing all over the speakers in there and like he climbed up the big tower of speakers and climbed up into the piping on the ceiling. Then he was literally hanging upside down during the middle of the song, still singing away like nothing was bothering him at all. I was like... WTF!? Heheh. It was a fun night of familiar songs that everyone danced like mad to.
Saturday we went to Hero Factor's cd release party at Cain's Ballroom. It was a pretty big place. We thought it was going to be a lot of highschool people and stuff there. It was free so we were guessing everybody was gonna show up. When we got there it was kinda like a giant basketball gymish sorta place. Lotsa highschoolers and lotsa older people and lotsa collegey people. It was a big mix of people. It was pretty neat. The sound system sucked in there. This band called Lume was playing when we got in. We recognized maybe about 10 people from other places. We didn't stay very long. Only heard 2-3 Hero factor songs cuz we wanted to go back to suede and make it in for the afterparty sorta thing. Here is a pic of us not having much fun waiting for Hero factor to come on.

Then after that we went to Suede and had to wait in line like 10 minutes which wasn't bad. Went in and had fun as usual. It was really weird. Paul ended up dancing with a few girls and finally got this girl's number that he likes but won't really pursue. She's pretty hot and I think he's gay for not wanting to pursue her. LoL. Jason actually talked to a girl and really tried to get her attention and stuff. I was like... "well good deal they're both finally going after women". Then later that night, after dancing with that girl like 3 times jason found out that girl was engaged. LoL. What a ho. So anyway, Jason then found out that the girl that he's liked for a while was there. She was drunk off her ass and we were trying to keep him out of trouble cuz her boyfriend is this other guy that I won't mention but was being an ass also. So ya. Oh ya there was this crazy guy there with sunglasses on and a HUGE shirt on. He was doing some crazy techno dancing and it looked cool cuz his shirt was all flying around him and stuff. Just a little FYI.
