Busy..Busy..Busy
Lately things have been very hectic and very busy. SO.. here's the lowdown so far.
Over this weekend, I worked non-stop on the business plan for Jadore Vanity, because me and Natalie were going to the bank for a loan monday.. So the plan was perfect.. Well we went to the bank and the guy said that we only needed a few things, such as a balance sheet, list of capital expenses, and 30% of the loan. So I'm gonna work on all the expenses, etc, Ben's gonna work with me this weekend on that, and of course the neverending math.
I also put two cabinets together for Ben while he was at work, and he told me to find anything I wanted and he would buy it for me, for doing that, so I found the two most beautiful dresses, from bebe, so on saturday night we went to santa monica to pick them up, really not that expensive $25 each, awesome cause they were bebe and never worn with tags still.. One of which a black and white sweater dress, normally like $85 is what I wore to the bank with natalie on monday for the loan.
As for the 30% which is 12,000, we're going to open a small shop in a swapmeet or two.. The spaces will be about $600 a month. So we should be able to make the money in a few months easily.. We were supposed to go today to get the information and sign a lease for the space. But we might have to go tomorrow. Last night Thomas got really sick at about 2 in the morning and we stayed up late watching him after we took him to the vet, so everyone was exhausted.
So I still want to make the business plan a bit more flashy with a really nice front, color coordination and an index. We have to go get the space, sign the lease which perfectly is month-to-month, in a nice swap meet. Then we have to go downtown to get the stock. Hopefully we can have the space secured this week and start next week.
Other than that the plans are working out perfectly, things are going really well.. Mom's almost done with the Real Estate course, Ben is gonna take his course soon.
I have to go in the dentist on Thursday to get the sutures out, and also probably get some more work done.
I still have to find a photographer to work with and collaborate with, I have to go meet with the guy for the studio time, and the lady with the spa. Lots to do... And such little time!!!
Well more for later. Off to working so hard for the lifestyle I want!!
