Wonderful friends: clockwise from me (in the back), katie, elliott, and jay.
Yesterday was Bacchanalia. For all of you non-SLC folk, Bacchanalia is a big party with music, beer, and other fun things (like photobooths) that is completely free for students. It was a crazy day, let me tell you. However, it was also one of the most fun days that I've had since coming up here. Basically it amounted to us sitting outside, listening to music, and seeing friends all day. It was nice, and I got to talk to a bunch of people that I otherwise probably wouldn't have seen before I left.
So, school is done for me, finally! Well, actually, I have to turn some stuff in tomorrow, but I'm like 90 % done, and there are no more classes, so I feel like I can relax a bit. This coming week, I'll be staying on campus, bumming around, saying goodbye to nyc for the summer, and going to graduation on Friday. I'll be leaving here next Saturday, and going to Oberlin for a day or two, then heading home from there.
It's strange, and wonderful how things tend to fall into place at the end of the year. There might seem to be an impossible amount of work to do, but it always gets done, and everything always turns out okay. Fantastic.
I can't wait to see the home-friends!
