Spanish questions

Two questions. What do these things mean in english:
ya ves and hoy, como sempre

and does ya esta bien! mean, Enough is enough! and does como no mean, of course ?

Thanks for any help. I do look online at some of the translation sites, but even I know they aren't perfect.
