Just a few generals. Besides work being on my shit list (read previous post), there's a few, exciting updates. The "new" car is a 1998 Toyota Camry (ugh...gold in color). Though it's sadly an automatic, I'm THRILLED that it's in awesome shape. With only 89,000 miles on it, it's got plenty of life left. I'm pleased with the purchase. Car payments and insurance sucks, but whatever. I can work around it.

May get second job until fall (when I'm back in school) to pay off the insurance for the year and make extra payments on the car or get money in the bank; probably get money in the bank so I have some form of safety net. Down to 196, as I'm at the gym now. I'm sure I can lower that to my goal of 170, in which case I intend to firm everything up JUST a bit.

I've learned that women (in my experience so far) start the stupidest arguments in the world. Likewise, they breakup with you for the same, stupid reasons. But, that's okay; I've also thought about it a lot, and decided the following things:

1) I'm not ALWAYS at fault for whatever is wrong in the relationship.
2) Likewise, I shouldn't - and don't - have to put up with the stupid bullshit they attempt to put me through.
3) I'm not the BEST guy in the world, but I'm a good one, which keeps options open and doors to psychos closed.
4) Whether it hurts or not, it is sometimes easier and healthier to let go of the person and move on, realizing it won't ever be a productive, healthy relationship.
5) When the other person breaks up with you because you state that BOTH of you suck with your money, THEY have the "temper" they accuse YOU of having.

In fairness, though, she did teach me or help me realize a few POSITIVE things about me:

1) Yes, I'm an okay looking guy; my being unattractive is in my head.
2) A nice smile counts for A LOT.
3) Being as laid back as I am ALSO counts for a lot.
4) Being spontaneous is fun, which keeps people interested.
5) Likewise, being intelligent DOES count to the right type of person.

Now, I just have to learn how to start up a conversation with women. Any thoughts or comments on ANY of this?
