Things like the following make my brain hurt a little
The grade for the class is the best 3 out of 4 exams/final, which is 85% of the grade.
15% is class attendance.
Girl: I've got a 91% average for my tests, but when I add my attendance grade its over 100. Does that mean...
To be fair, i made the same mistake, and realized it about 3 seconds later, nearly hitting myself. Its not making stupid mistakes that's the problem... we all do that. Its either not realizing them at all, or the instantly seeking help that bothers me. I also wonder how someone winds up with a 91% average, and can't figure that out. She's a junior at Lehigh, asking for help on something my 15 year old brother could do quite easily.
I'm glad she memorized equations for the exam. I'll take my lower grade and ability to do something resembling critical thinking occasionally.
