ugh
So I have been having a very rough 6 months. I have had shingles and kidney stones at the same time. The shingles are now gone, but the stones are still there. I keep going to my doctor and the outdoor becasue of kidney infections. I have missed a lot of work due to my old people ailments. I was pulled off to the side at work and told that I am sick too much. I am a wonderful worked and do amazing work when I am at work, but call in too often. I have provided doctor's notes and they know I have had real ailmens, but becasue the higher ups do not think any reason is a good reasonfto be out of work so much I was told that in 2015 it will not be tolerated for me to be sick so much. I queastion is if I had cancer would I be told the same thing? I have legit painful sicknesses. I have been told by many older women that both shingles and kidney stones are both more painful than natural childbirth. I would like to see the higher ups work with both shingles and kidney stones at the same time. The problem is that becasue I have one ston constantly and bad ones. My kidney is currently filled with puss from the blockage and I not only have to deal with the pain and worrying about money because of me missing time off of work, I now also can not call in sick so I have to deal with working all day and vomiting from pain. The good thing is that my manger knows that it is foolish for higher ups to say that I can not call in sick anymore and that I have to fix my attendance issue. It is like they think I enjoy laying in bed crying my eyes out and throwing up becasue I hurt so much. I told my manger that I could bring in my kidney stone once it is out for them as proof. I kind of want to.
