So, apparently, while hypothetically one could tape 4 shows at once on our DVR system, they would all have to be in Standard Def. Then it's 1 HD, 3 SD, 2 HD, 2 SD. But no more than 2 HD shows can be taped. This doesn't bother me as such, although, I imagine if anyone had Uverse and cared about it, they'd be vexed. However, it would be nice if they'd let me know before I was having difficulty taping 3 shows at once. (Bad enough House was preempted, although upon seeing the end of the Angels playing I did focus my positive thoughts on them, and I may have been in the midst of a Hallelujah chorus as (not after) they won. I'm indifferent to baseball, but I knew at least one person who'd be happy.)
