I have watched "Glee" three times now. The pilot airs (again) the day before my birthday. It could have been one day cooler, but, I suppose that's a nice way to end a year.
So, anyway, Cory Monteith plays Finn Hudson. If you're like me you instantly recognized him as Charlie from Kyle XY, who cheated on Amanda. In the "Glee" pilot, when "the young ingenue everyone roots for" mentions them becoming an item, Finn mentions he has a girlfriend. He then wonders if the cafeteria has Sour Patch Kids, a Kyle XY staple. An interview of Cory also includes him mentioning a love triangle, so, there you go. Foreshadowing via previous series reference.
