VOTING.
ºWhen voting please be clear of how you are voting by placing in the subject line Yes or No. Only maintainers and mods may say undecided but must decide after 24 hours because we do not want to keep our applicants waiting. Also when voting please state your reasons why. Use ( + ) for the positive reasons and ( - ) for the negative reasons.
POSTING.
º When posting long entries or photos please place them under lj-cuts.All your subjects should begin with MEMBER:.
ºIf you are posting for themes, they also must be under lj-cuts. And the subject should begin with THEME:. this also goes for contests.
PROMOTING.
ºDon't ever stop promoting. But don't spam people. Join promoting communities, tell your friends, place it in your entries , place it in your profile, even tell those on myspace or on personal sites..
DONATING.
ºIf you want to donate buttons,banners such as ( to promote or for accepted/rejected banners.. feel free to just send them to me.
