Eloquence and Go-gurt

Dec 07, 2000 18:25

Isn't that an interesting subject? I think I'll make that my "thing"-- always have a cool subject line. I suppose I should explain it now... : ) Today I got this amazing email from a friend of mine. And it was just so beautiful and poignant. Like poetry. And it told me so much about this person, and it made me so glad that I could see that. That I was trusted enough to be told all this. *sigh* Only thing is, it was about love, something I've yet to experience. Oh, I've felt love, but not that kind. I've only had the daughter-mom, or daughter-dad, kinda thing. And hearing about "the heart's immortal thirst to completely known and all forgiven" (Henry Van Dyke), just made me feel all the more inadequate and young. One day I hope to be able to write like Thad did (that's who the email was from); one day I hope to be able to feel the way he did. : )

Go-gurt: Well, there's not much to explain about this. You just had to be there. One of those things. It was just the combination of the conversation before it, and how the whole "go-gurt" thing played into it. We're a bunch of high schoolers; that should be enough for you to figure it out. : )

*funny things from today*
{It's a twisted kinda web we've got here...}
(jessie REALLY needs some tweaking in the brain department... :)

{doodle-age}

{ew ew ew ew} (the Go-gurt strikes again!)

{Hey Mariah?}
{Yeah?}
{Is it jsut me, or does it look like a strip club in here?}
{Oh my god?! *hysterical laughing* it does!}
(let's hear it for the X-mas decorations! hip hip... thppppp.... )
