Update on the run...
Hey everybody. I have been a bad poster, I know. So here is a quick update of the weekend and this week.
On Saturday I went to Gainesville and went to Michaelmas. An Crosaire has a nice quiet event and I got to hang out with family. I give big hug to Chabi for loaning me her computer so I could finish my very last assignment for the Managerial Accounting class. It had wireless out in the middle of nowhere and I was able to turn it in.
I have now learned a new sport (thanks to this assignment) EXTREME HOMEWORK! If you can imagine me in garb sitting at a computer in the feast hall. Most people are at the bardic or have gone to bed/ left. Jebe, Branwyn, Theadora and Lesley are sitting around me watching me work on this Discussion Board post. Jebe (or shall I call you Jeeb) is the most distracting thing! (Isn't he always :) ) He tied one of my ropes to the chair. The next he ties to Branwyn's ropes. And then he tied Branwyn's other rope to her chair. He licked the ropes to make them extra untieable. AND..I am still trying to complete the assignment before the battery dies on the computer. Branwyn breaks free and then he trys to tie Lesley to me. Everytime I get up to retaliate, I am told to finish my work. Wet willies...Finish your work. Messing up my hair...Finish your work. You know how he is. I am reading off my assignment and keep adding to the things to do..."Get/Kill Jebe" I finally got it finished and turned in. (Got an A too) and then tried to get back at J but he is a fighter so it was kinda pointless. Don't get me wrong. I had tons of fun. Friends can make the most mundane thing into an adventure.
So Sunday-Wednesday I am at work. Nothing to report.
Thursday-Saturday I am helping my friend, Nate, move to Naples. We packed yesterday and get the truck this morning. I get to drive it since he is not comfortable driving the truck with car in tow. So I get Michaelbob's tonight! Best barbeque. and get to help him move out of a hotel and into a real place.
