The Emperor Chair
Heeeeeey Everyone
So yesterday was a very relaxing day after the excursion northward.
I went for a nice little jog (which turned into a walk because the humidity was so oppresive! but I am not whining so do not think that) to the University. While there I spent alot of time updating this, writing some emails, eating (the caf here is AMAZING and has such cheaaaaaap food but it is still good. you can get smoothies for 15 baht! which is like a little less than 50 cents...amazing)and swimming. Then I went with some people to the Mall and we saw a movie. For the movie we purchased the delux Emperor Chairs. These are very popular here. You get a drink and the chairs are like big lazy-boys. You can basically lay down all the way. Also you are given a blanket and pillow. It is really funny but cool too.
The movie we saw was "Monster-In-Law". Not exactly my type of movie. I do prefer the epic as you all know hahaha. Anyways, after that we went to Swensens? It is an American Ice Cream store. It was really good, but I have never heard of it in the U.S.!
Then I came back and relaxed some more. Anyways have some classes today and tomorrow and then we leave for the South. SHould be exciting. I"ll write more tomorrow. TAke care...
