Pretty Scary

Ok, umm, I'm not even sure what to say about this. Only that I'd be surprised if spray bacon is any good, I guess. And that apparently the idea here is that dieters are totally desperate for something that tastes vaguely like forbidden foods? And...the "recipes" are pretty scary. And...yikes, how about texture and eatings healthfully and just not overdoing it, people!? I'm a diabetic, for heaven's sake! If I think this is scary, I can't even imagine how scary it actually is.
