Tutor Wanted! [NOTICE]
A total of seven notices printed in large, black Arial font on white A4 paper has been stuck around The Charleston, Centralia Apartments and any rather large and free bit of wall (and the occasional lamp post) around the area. At the bottom of the notice there have been some cuts around eight centimeters deep containing detachable contact details. These details include a name and phone number. There are nine strips per notice, mostly untouched.
There has been a slight drizzle since the notices were posted, conveniently blurring out certain parts of the notice. The parts blur differ from each notice due to the different placements.*
