What's the origin of that phrase anyway?

Shout out to Dom for assassinating me tonight, if he ever comes back to read this again. =P The Quidditch team was playing assassins and Dom found my LJ link on facebook, searched for the name of a class I was taking, looked through the course catalog and came to my classroom. Aha, that would make lots of sense. Also, it took me a minute to figure out your :|a face, but now I get it and I love it! It would just be sad if the font used a hand-written-ish 'a'.
