(no subject)
Whoa!! My sister just flipped on the TV and there was a program (Reading Rainbow, I think), doing an episode about deafness and signing. It was really cool. I loved how I could understand it, plus there was a bit about deaf dancers, wich was just cool. It was so much fun. I've got to remember to get the videos of what was on TV last year for DCC this year. I wonder if we could get a video of that? Probably nobody would want to see it anyway, it was aimed at such little kids, I'm sure.
Also, I'm back from my cousins' house, and I'm not nearly as sick, though my throat is still a little swollen. Hopefully that will be gone before band camp next week. I got my mellophone today, and it happens to be the same one I had from Memorial Day! (I can tell cuz my dad fixed the case.) This is very good, cuz now I know that it's a good mellophone, one that perhaps works, not like the one I had last fall. x.x
I went to Gracie's last night after the mission trip slideshow. We had a really good time, actually, and stuff's all sorted out. I'm happy for her and Mike, especially if Einstein's not worried about it. I still see it as a bit of a rebound on both sides...ack. I don't wanna deal with it.
Oh, and my sister got her letter from school. Figures. It looks like she's got a good load of teachers, and she's got Ackerman for Latin, so I'm really happy. (Yes, Michael, that means I had Ackerman too. =P) I'm still waiting for *something*, if they're not gonna send real schedules. T_T
Anyway, as I'm supposed to be on the third floor cleaning my room cuz of company (not in the basement on the computer), I shall stop rambling now and be a good girl. :)

Oh, and also, my cat pulled out a mousetrap today, complete with dead mouse, and he and the dog were fighting over it. Ewwwwwwww! Yuck.
