The One Of a Kind Gift Show
I checked out the One of a Kind Gift Show today at the National Trade Center, Exhibition Place. I had a blast! There were so many things to see (no money to buy) But there were so many free things to try. At the food booths there were different vinaigrettes ( I loved the rosemary and mint...great on lamb!), flavoured mustards, crazy hot sauces (have you ever tried chilli chocolate? yumm!) they had "tickle berries" which were chocolate covered blueberries (the best), milk chocolate covered cheries, raspberries, cranberries, strawberries ... , they had wine jellies and ginger cookies, chocolate bread pudding cake with butter cream sauce, all kinds of dips, all kinds of jams... There are also many kinds of crazy artwork that you will never find anywhere else. Beautiful jewelery, crazy ornaments, puppets, costumes, glasswear, stuffed toys, boxes, EVERYTHING! It was nuts! It's on until December 5th. If anyone wants to go, I'm down for another run. Iw ant to buy more of those chocolate covered blueberries. I ate three bags to myself today. =P
