My first attempt at animation
Making animated gifs is something I'd been afraid to attempt, but today I just decided (after making the original image as a solstice greeting) that this image might work with some animation. So I hopped into ImageReady and proceeded to try to learn how to do this. Lots of trial and error, some confusion, a lot of head-scratching later I managed to create something that actually worked! I admit its a bit crude but hey, I've never done this before and I know I still need to learn some of the finer points of using ImageReady. I know there must be some way to make the transitions between frames smoother but it will take some messing around with the program for me to teach myself how to accomplish that. At least I was able to obtain the animation I wanted.
