(no subject)
Today was good. Clearly, I have survived thus far, and unless drivers ed kills me - which it might - I shall survive the rest of the day. I did decide that I hate school and that I need to get my permit THIS WEEK. My mom said she'd take me tomorrow.. Today... of course.. is my birthday! Yay. I get to be special and 16. Of course, Annie is 17, which scares me, but that's okay.. I'm still special.
I got a math test back and remembered that I hate Algebra, I got 7th period free so I sat with Monica and we had mental breakdowns about school and college and how we don't like it, and then I daydreamed through my other classes.
I did skip through the leaves when the bus dropped me off. It was exciting. I love dry leaves. And skipping. I want sugar though, and I want a cake!!! We had one yesterday, but there were several billion people here, so we didn't get to eat very much of it. And so I want another one... Muahahhaha.. Maybe my brother will make something for me tonight.. or something. It's not like he got me a present.
Anyway, if you saw the presents I got, you'd think that I was a total dork or nerd or something, which I suppose that I might be, but that's too bad. Like, three Isaac Asimov books, a Tolkien language dictionary thing, STAR WARS [yay], and.. something else.. Tolkien.. I don't remember. My brother got another present yesterday, even though his birthday was two weeks ago.. The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy... MOVIE... Actually, it was a BBC program in the early 80's, and it's hilarious in many different ways.
I really need to go do homework and email Jen and other fun stuff. She sent me two birthday cards. Isn't she nice?
Almost as good as the birthday presents Emily gave me..
