Day 01 - A show that should have never been canceled
The very first show that springs to mind is Space 2063: Above and Beyond. It was so freaking awesome. I really loved its gritty, realistic feeling. And the characters. There wasn't a single character (of the main cast) that I hated/didn't care about. And the plot. There where such great episodes and arcs and just... everything I love about a TV-Show.
Other than that though, I don't know. I don't watch that much TV and anyway, I prefer shows to go at their heights and not when they are only flopping around (hello, X-Files!).
