Harry Potter | George/Lee, George/Angelina (mentioned), Fred/Angelina, Lee/OMC | NC-17 | ~ 8,600 words
Four years ago, Lee Jordan fled England to rebuild his broken heart. Lured back home to celebrate an important anniversary, he is forced to face everything he left behind.
-- > I was dithering whether I should rec this story or not. While I certainly enjoyed it it didn't seem really exceptional. So I got myself a coffee and read it again. And enjoyed it again. And was still undecided. After I've read it a third time I decided I didn't really care, because reading a story more than once and enjoying it every time certainly qualifies for being rec-material.
I loved George here, this is exactly how I imagine him to be after the war. I liked all the other characters too, and their interactions. Lovely.

Bandom | Brendon/Shane | NC-17 | ~ 1,500 words
Brendon's only five feet away, but his eyes are blank. Shane can't guess what he's thinking, never knows where Brendon goes when he's off in his own thoughts. Brendon sits on the couch, the long brown leather one that's pushed against the very back of the bus, with his pants open and his dick in hand. - Kink Bingo: film/photography
-- > I really like the three-way relationship between Brendon, Shane and the camera. This is both distant and intimate, where the intimicy is mainly contained between the camera and Brendon. Love how we see Brendon both through the camera and through Brendon.

Potential & Limitless Grace. Loved Brendon here, and his relationship with Shane and the others.

Their audition with Pete is a disaster. Panic might have potential, but it’s not enough for them to get a record deal.
-- > I really, really love this Brendon. Fantastic version of him. The other characters are fleshed out so well, too. I love this magical realism here, not a huge thing but something noteworthy but ordinary.

due South | Fraser/Kowalski/Vecchio | PG-13 | ~ 12,500 words
If Ray got stuck on a case, he'd start to call the Yellowknife line, and his hands would shake badly enough he'd have to punch the couch a few times to calm down. He always ended up calling Vecchio instead. -- In which Fraser is stuck in Inuvik, Kowalski is stuck in Chicago, Vecchio is stuck in Florida, and no one is very happy with this arrangement.
-- > This is gorgeous. I really loved the slow progression of their relationship and how not everything is smooth sailing. Ray K.'s voice rang very true to me, and I really adore him and Ray V. and Fraser here so much.
