Post Game report
Finally,
I got to game! Ran the first installment for the Occult Heroes mini-game for the gang. Everyone did an awesome job getting into what I always thought was the most interesting part of comics like this (I am basing it thematically on the Defenders series from the 70s) which is the conflicting egos of such powerful beings (in the comics it would be Dr. Strange, the Hulk, Silver Surfer, Namor, etc.). This game had it! And the high/low, abstract/concrete dichotomy worked pretty well too: The Mundane: Abused Kid, corrupt town, The High: The Gibbering God pulling Milton, WA into Pandemonium.
More later, need to go help with crazy child.
