That's what we've nicknamed Dib due to his recent ailment. Luckily, right around the 72 hours one of the websites mentioned, he started getting better. He's still staggering around, but he's not falling as much, and he can climb, drink, eat, etc. on his own now. Yay ( Read more... )

looking for a new job (changed my hours at the old job and now they hate me, but I DO NOT CARE THEY CAN SUCK IT! *ahem*)

i AM writing! it's very exciting to be writing again - posted a couple new fics and one is in beta right now :)

watching? what am i watching... hm, i haven't fallen in love with any NEW shows recently - still obsessing over supernatural, though! and misfits! and lost girl! i think you'd like lost girl, it's got the same level of cracky fun that torchwood had, plus a bisexual main character and a wacky sidekick!

how 'bout you? anything new in gatorworld?

Sorry to hear the old job sucked, because I'm pretty sure it must have. Hope all goes well with the new search.

Yay! Good for you. I'll pop over and take a look at your lj. I just had an idea and got up from bed to pen a few strokes so I wouldn't forget it in the morning. I may actually write something! Whoo Hoo!

I love all of the first five seasons of SPN, but I hated season six and have been unable to force myself to watch season seven. Don't get me wrong, I still love it, except for the new stuff. I haven't seen Lost Girl and Misfits wasn't what I was looking for.

I am actually loving a show on SyFy called Haven. It's captured my attention completely with an interesting story arc, great characters, and decent plots. Not gonna be joining anymore fandoms, but I'll still be a fan, if you know what I mean.

oh, i am staying well away from "fandom" and just enjoying things in my little corner of the world

season six was pretty terrible, this is true :(

so far s7 has had some actually very good episodes, and i still have hope for where it might be going (also, strangely, i FUCKING LOVE SAM finally ♥)

Misfits has a kind of specific feel to it that you just have to be in the mood for, i think, and the humor isn't everyone's cuppa

you should check out Lost Girl, though - it's on the Canadian channel 'Showcase' but you can find it online

I have always loved both Sam and Dean equally. I think they're awesome brothers. But I'm glad you finally love him!

The only show from season six I loved was Appointment in Samara. Oh, I liked Bobby's Day also. That was pretty LOL.

I'll see if I can find Lost Girl.

I loved bobby's episode! and the old west one, a couple of scenes scattered throughout but most of s6 was... meh

dean's always been my favorite (still is, except i've been wanting to punch him lately) but with sam i was always like 'YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE SMART ONE. BE SMARTER!' and now he IS! it's like he's finally the character i always wanted him to be - little sammy is all growed up now
