Little things makes one happy.
I had a redeployment meeting yesterday on my H-day. It is a day when a member is delivered their lay off notice and given their redeployment options.
Bill the Vice president is out of town so it fell to me to do the meeting. I asked him if there was anything I needed to know. He said that the HR person was Jordan and he was a puppy, and that I would eat him alive.
That made me feel valued and good. Nice things don't some very often, so I like to notate when they do.
