Fandom newbie, so I'll keep this really small
Well, between being a fandom newbie and really not wanting for anything much, this being small is pretty much a given. Anyone who sends me stuff will get candy or small knitted things in return though, that's a promise. I'm based in the UK, down in Plymouth, so if anyone else is down this end of the country, hi!
1 - Chemistry textbooks. I'm in the first year of a Chemistry degree, and planning to go all the way up to phd if I can find a sponsor, and the cost of the books is cripplingly expensive. This is more a 'if someone has these lying around' deal than a 'buy me stuff!' thing, but on the offchance that there are other scientists around here, it can't hurt.
2 - Lush Giftcards. I'm pretty much a Lush addict, between their ethics and the fact that it's one of the few places I can find soap that doesn't bring me out in hives, but I have to really ration myself.
3 - Knitting stuff. I knit like it's the end of the world, so if anyone has unwanted needles/yarn etc I'll happily take those off your hands. I'm really short of needles longer than 14 inches, so those in any size would be a blessing.
4 - TH shirts. I fully accept that this is a bit of a long shot, but I wear a small or a medium, and I'd kill for pretty much any of them.
5 - This is a weird one. I've been making microloans for about two years now on Kiva.org and I can't help but think about how cool it would be if we could get a TH lending team together and make a few loans. It would pretty much make my year. If people are interested in joining I could start the team no problem, just message me so I can give you my email address as a recommendation.
