One summer morning, Jinki met a young boy under a tree. They were reading the same book, the same fairytale. Hey, what's your name? I'm Kim Kibum. Kibum took the first step in starting a conversation. The shyer one replied, My name is Lee Jinki. How are you? That marked the beginning of their friendship.
And that marked the beginning of the fairytale.
By autumn, they were the best of friends. They met everyday under the same old tree. Everyday, they brought a book along with them. They read and shared. They dreamt about the perfect fairytale ending.

In winter, as it started to get chilly, Jinki and and Kibum huddled together. The warmth from Jinki's heart; it sure made Kibum feel better. As they sat in a tight embrace, they shared the same storybook, about Santa Claus giving presents to good children from around the world. They thought, we must've been good children because Santa Claus gave us so much bliss and joy.

Spring finally came and buds started to bloom into beautiful flowers. Their friendship bloomed into something more beautiful as well - love. Jinki placed his hand over Kibum's and held on tight; he promised to never let go. As Kibum laid on Jinki's shoulder, Jinki read him a story. After he was done, he asked Kibum, Do you like this story?

One summer morning, exactly one year after they first met, they were at the same tree again. Jinki asked Kibum, Which is your favourite fairytale? Kibum pondered for a while there and said,
