setting off the fire that burns inside of me
letting go of everything setting it free
the frequent burning passion and desire
watch me as i fly higher
than some ever thought i would ever do
and doing something i never thought true
for some time its been an addiction
to try and get rid of this fiction
to start over brand new
letting go of everything i ever knew
simply put im pushing forward rather than thriving
moving on rather than obsessing over surviving
thinking back and looking directly at the past
i should have known this would never last
