After a 5 day break, the running continues! Yesterday I almost killed myself... ran faster than usual because the exercise room was almost closed, figured I'd try to make up for a shortage on time... managed to inhale some water... not good.  So that didn't work so well...

Today, however, I ran for 60 minutes and was rather calm at the end of it... after 20 minutes my breathing slowed and I wasn't sweating as much... went through a full bottle of water even.  I found a new breathing pace and just kept flying.  5.5 miles, 585 calories... craziness!

I think tomorrow I'll do weights mostly.
