The Fic Claim Post

Mar 22, 2014 09:38

Here we go! There are 15 submissions this year, which is amazing -- a round of applause to everyone who got here! You all rock! (Also, I'm very sorry for the delays and time confusion regarding the claiming.)

First, a short reminder:

Artists: you are expected to create one piece of art per story, but if you want to, you are absolutely allowed to create more.

Mixers: you are expected to create a playlist containing at least 10 songs per story. Cover art is not required, but if you want to do that, awesome. Please include the tracklist, (the passages that inspired the song choices) and the download link to the zip file or link to a YouTube/8tracks/Grooveshark playlist.

Mixes, art, and final drafts of fics are all due on April 21st.

~

And now, the rules of claiming:

Simply leave a comment saying what fic/fics you wish to work on. If your email has changed from the sign-up or you'd prefer the fic(s) be sent to another address, let me know.

On the first round, you can only claim fics that are yet unclaimed. The point is to have at least one claim per fic. Once every fic has been claimed once, more than one person can choose the same fic.

You don't have to claim more than one fic -- please pick as much as you feel comfortable doing.

You can include multiple claims in one comment. You can make multiple claims in round one as well, but only as long as the fic in question hasn't already been claimed.

Fics claimed once will be in italics, twice claimed will be in bold, and if we hit three, it'll be strike's out.

The claims will be open until all fics have been claimed thrice or until the 25th, whichever comes first.

That's everything, I think -- so let's get to it!

EDIT: DOUBLE CLAIMS ARE NOW OPEN!
EDIT2: Claims are now closed! Thank you, everyone.
