I don't know what to call services like Rhapsody, but.....
I used to be a Musicmatch Jukebox subscriber. They were bought up by Yahoo! Music Unlimited. Yahoo! Music was bought up by Rhapsody.
I had about a month where I didn't listen to any online music... during that time the transfer from yahoo to Rhapsody happened. When I've tried to migrate from Yahoo! to Rhapsody, I'm now getting messages that I can no longer migrate.
I'm really irritated, since I had fairly recently (I think June) paid for a year's subscription to Yahoo! Music. Rhapsody seems to be significantly more expensive than Yahoo! -- $13-15/month vs. $60/year.
I mainly used to listen to music while I worked -- "albums" i like, soundtracks, old musicals, "radio" stations. I feel *REALLY* out of touch with what the options are and am not sure how to go about figure out what might be a good substitute for what I no longer have access to. I don't want or need to download anything. I just want to be able to pick what I listen to and listen.
