Had another councilling session today. Went through some things, he explained im allowed to cry even when I dont know why, and that its bad not to if I need to. The biggy came though, he wants me to try and tell mum before next session (wed morning) that would be tomorrow, its the only time we can be alone. I know hes right, i wanna tell her soon, very soon, better before i go to manchester royal. what the hell do i say?
