makeup and ipl/laser

I'm looking for a good concealer and foundation that will hide anything and everything. I'm running low on the stuff I have and I need to start thinking about replacement stuff. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, does anyone know anywhere in portsmouth that does laser or ipl and how much it is?
