Happiness Meme day 3
Happiness is Moms cookin'. Dont get me wrong, I LOVE to cook, but Mondays are just rough for me, so this was perfect.
Remember the pork roast from Saturday, well the sale was only on WHOLE porkloins, so I gave the other half to mom. She in turn very kindly turned it into pork-shish-kebab; one of my favorite meals. So on Monday, after a stressful day at work, and a frutless search for a last minute gift, instead of having to go home and cook, I got to sit down and enjoy a hot dinner all ready made. Add some tomato curry sauce, some sauteed mushrooms, and a bit of whole grain bread - HEAVEN
