I hope somebody will talk about last night's NCIS episode with me. It certainly paid tribute to David's continued good looks and he got a lot of screen time. However, I was disappointed with the plot and don't really understand why Ducky can't have a normal girlfriend. Someone like Ducky is much more likely to be married really. And a man his age--wealthy, lovely, ambulatory--is going to have the ladies beating down his door. Maybe he actually would attract stalkers in droves. But killers? Did Cheryl Ladd have a clear motivation: she goes from do-gooder social worker to psycho after she meets Ducky? And just to keep him interested in his work? It required a stretch of imagination to say the least. And did everyone notice Katherine's photo on the dating website at the end? I don't even think it was that recent of a photo. Maybe the writers can't see him with someone only 11 years his junior.
