Well, maybe not. An article on CNN's web site has a curious mistake in it at the moment.
Six hundred soldiers from the Raider Brigade prepared to move on two locations. They included calvary engineers, artillery, aviation and special operations forces.

Maybe I'm old-school, but aren't calvary the guys with swords who ride into battle on horses?

Perhaps they'll build him a stable, or a more efficient feed-bag.

(I added you, BTW, mainly because of the current thread in rochester... Good stuff. )

Not quite. Compare calvary with cavalry. They aren't quite soundalikes, but it's easy to see someone making the mistake.

Please keep up the voice-of-reason stuff in rochester. You're clearly one of the good guys.
