When I learned that Panera was going to open in Webster, I hit their web site and checked the menu. I was hoping to have some variety to break up the monotony of the existing lunch choices. They've delivered fairly well in that regard. They always have some seasonal items, the nature of which strikes me more as variety for variety's sake than

I am a Panera SLUT! That soup sounds awesome. Perhaps I'll make the journey tomorrow.

(And I am purposefully ignoring the above nutritional info. It might be good news, but in case it's not, I just don't want to know.)

I think you'll find that romorrow's seasonal soup is a different vegetarian vegetable offering. Perhaps you should wait for Friday if you really crave the mushrooms.
