Linguistic Trickiness

My real estate attorney just called to touch base and give me his contact information. He told me that his paralegal might be calling, and that her name was "just Sarah". I wrote down "Sarah". He then spelled it out for me: Cesira. I looked at it with a complete failure of comprehension as to how those letters could ever be pronounced "Sarah". Then he mentioned that it was an Italian name. I metaphorically slapped my forehead and realized that "just Sarah" is a gross Anglicization of "che-zee-rah".
