Shipping Update
An important note about shipping to the USA (I'm based in Canada):
As of January 14, 2013 Canada post has discontinued surface parcel service to the USA. (You can read about the changes here. All packages over 2cm and 0.5 kg must be sent by air parcel. On the plus side, this means everyone's packages will get there sooner. On the downside, it costs more. The new costs are as follows:
For orders under 2 cm height and 0.1 kg weight (generally 20 pages B5, 30 A5) - lettermail - $2
For orders under 2 cm height and 0.2 kg weight (generally 60-80 pages of B5) - lettermail - $4
For orders under 2 cm height and 0.5 kg weight (generally 150-200 pages of B5) - lettermail - $7
For orders over 2 cm height and under 0.5 kg weight (200-250 A5) - regular air parcel - $10
Over 0.5 kg to 1.0 kg (generally up to 400 pages of B5) - $15
Over 1.0 kg to 1.5 kg (generally up to 600 pages of B5) - $20
Over 1.5 kg to 3.0 kg (generally up to 1200 pages of B5) - $25
Over 3.0 kg to 5.0 kg (generally up to 2000 pages of B5) - $30
Surface delivery is still available to Canada and other international locations.
