Rufus-Topia
Well, it's official: we're moving on February 1. I can already feel my arms getting buffer.
It's a townhouse; 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. It's older than dirt and could possibly be in the heart of Mouse Country (jury is still out). However it was too hard to pass up: the price is right, the location is perfect (only 2 miles from work) and the whole darned thing has been renovated from head to toe with new appliances, carpet & paint. The best part, though, is that it has a huge backyard - bigger than huge - like even-if-there-are-mice-it-is-still-Rufus-topia huge. ;-)
