Lacerate has discovered that there is an entire holiday dedicated to fear! What fun! Of course he must try out this 'trick-or-treat.' Though with him, it's more of 'it puts the treats in the pumpkin, or it dies.'
I know it isn't exactly a holoform (and I'm pretty sure I butchered it anyway...he looks like a psycho Amish Abe Lincoln o_o), but the thought of him wearing a human costume was just so delightfully creeptastic, I couldn't pass it up.
