This is maybe a bit odd, but... I want something about Starscream being forced to lick Megatron's hand. Maybe as a punishment, or following a punishment. Starscream has to be humiliated by it - it would be better if he's not turned on, if he is, he's disgusted at himself. Megatron is very turned on.

Starscream on his knees would be good, restrained would be even better. And I'd love it if Megatron was petting Starscream during some of this with his free hand.

Could start out with licking the back of his hand lightly, then Megatron makes him go further and further, getting his tongue all over Megatron's hand, eventually sucking and nibbling on Megatron's fingers and covering them with saliva/lubricant. Starscream could end up kind of drooling (with lubricants leaking from the corner of his mouth) and be extremely embarrassed by it.

After a while he could make him lick other places to, maybe his cannon, his feet or his neck. Or further up his arm.

Since it's Starscream, he might try to bite at some point. Megatron makes him regret it.

This might be private, or a public display to shame Starscream.

Sticky by default with the fluids from Starscream's mouth, but I'd rather not see it end in sex. Though if you want to end it that way I guess it's okay, I'm just more interested in the licking. I know it's a weird request.
