I've said it before, and I'll say it again, but God am I in love with the soundtrack of Fall of Cybertron. The music truly captivates you. I love ALL of their tracks, but these are by far my favorite ;)
One of the best intros in my opinion. The song, the video... breathtaking. The song they used is byt the Puscifer - The Humbling River.
And the credits.... now this is the prequel the G1 series deserves!
