Advent calendar 2011 day claiming post
Thank you all for participating in the Advent calendar poll, and since the majority voted for an Advent calendar, here is the Day-Claiming-Post. :)
Important Information before you claim your day.
To participate in the Advent calendar you have to claim a day. When the first wave of claiming is over, you may claim a second or even third day. ;)
A day can only be claimed once, and please think before claiming a day. That it will be a day when you have time to write - at least 120 minutes. :)
If should something happen, all of a sudden, that you don’t see yourself being able to write for your day anymore, dunno, an appointment with for dentist, a family celebration you can’t escape from or an exam/test, then please write a mail in time (at least a day before your writing day, which means two days before your posting day), so that the mod team is able to plan and change things etc. :)
How it works
You choose a day when you have time to write in December and claim the next day. The claimed day is the day you post your fic (for example: the 3 Dec is the day you have time, so you claim the 4 Dec).
A day before your claimed day, you will get an e-mail or PM with two or three prompts from which you choose one, you can also write for all of them, but please post only one entry if you have more than one fic.
Also, please tag your fic with the new .advent calendar 2011-tag.
