Title: Going at it
Characters: Knock-Out, Smokescreen
Rating: Teens
T-Series: TF Prime
Summary:  Smokescreen and Knock-Out cannot imagine a world where the other is not there, ready to bring the other down with mean-spirited words.
Prompt: Ego

“Do you even know what that words mean?”

“Yes - it means you’re full of it.”

“Just because I like a neat, clean finish, does not mean I am ‘full of it’, Smokestack.”

“My mistake Knockdown.  I meant to say, you are an ignorant barbarian.”

“Barbarian? You misbegotten Auto-Brat!  I am nothing like the savages who don’t recognize exceptional art when they see it - which is you, in case you didn’t know.”

“So you’re saying Screamer appreciates the effort you put into maintaining your perfectly shinny self?  Takes one to know one.”

“Says the one with the might-big ego that is impossible to ignore, Puffysmoke.”

“Why you!”

Title: Never again
Characters: Soundwave, Shockwave
Rating: Teens
T-Series: TF-Prime
Warning: Past relationsions
Prompt: S.a.v.i.o.r.

After Shockwave was taken to Megatron - given a ride by a shell-shocked Knock Out - he searched out an old friend.  “Soundwave.”

A simple helm nod was all the acknowledgement the former lab assistant was ready to give.

“I am sorry for leaving you in the lurch,” Shockwave vented.  “I did not expect my duties to keep me incommunicado as long as they did.”

Soundwave’s only response to that belated apology, was to cross his arms, the same way irritated and irate human youngsters visually expressed their displeasure at yet another verbal lecture or a reprimand.

“If we could patch things between us -“

The communications officer walked (stormed) off.

“Or not.”  Shockwave deleted his last tie to emotions - the hope things would and could somehow eventually go back to the way things were before the war.
