There faces were so close as Bluestreak was backed into a wall and Blaster leaned in. The deck unit shook his helm as he took in the other’s smile. It was a smile that didn’t reach his optics. It was beautiful still, but painful in a dull aching way. “Someday Blue… Someday somebody’s gonna see through that smile.”
A moment later Blaster pressed forward closing the distance between their lips. The young Praxian made a small questioning sound that ended shortly before the chaste kiss. “Just this once, then next time you’d better really smile.” The red mech pulled back and smiled softly.
