IDW Nemesis Prime
Virtual, Nemesis Avatar.
Enemies, hmm?
I have many, but few stick in my mind.
Optimus Prime. My Optimus. I do not care if a Megatron has him claimed. He is Mine, and mine alone.
The blasted fool.. He was weak when the people needed a strong leader. He was soft when they needed one who would toe to toe with the rebel. Who would prove to them that he was a Prime, who would not fall. Would not stand for the destruction that was wrought. A Prime who was the pillar of strength. He failed.
And allowed Cybertron to be ravaged by war, he allowed her glory to fall. My successors are nothing. They failed, in keeping the populace happy, safe. Sentinel, as I have come to find out, was but the council's lacky. A fool if ever there was one. [Pfft. He knows full well what happened. He has spies pretty much everywhere in his home universe.]
Optimus.. Perhaps is a worthy one, but still.. a fool. He missed the chances to unite the peoples again. Missed it. Completely. Blinded by the council, by the naivety that he had, of that I am sure.
And then he goes and tries to steal the Darkness. Take what is mine, take my birthright. [The avatar seems to crackle - and that sound in the background? The sound of Nemesis himself hitting the energon that keeps him in the cell in the brig. Physically hitting it.] The sheer arrogance of it? The presumption that he could take it, after all he has done to my home - to my race's home.
He would not have the strength for it. Nor the will or the vision on how to use it for the greater benefit of my race.
Another would be my jailer. I know not what he is, but I do know that he is... He is a Prime, yes - but old. He is something more, something that I want. What makes him tick, I wonder? I do so want to know. [Well, he has been stuck with him. He is a very smart mech. Plus with the way the Darkness keeps acting? yea..]
And the last would be the Megatron. Mine.
Though I suppose not truly an enemy, but more... something that is curious. I could say that he is such an amusing thing, I'm quite sure that he would hardly say the same, but it matters not.
In the end, I always have want I want, one way or the other.
Those I claim as mine, remain mine. Be they friends, or enemies.
And when One of my own arrives, you shall know it. All to well. [The avartar just holds it's self in an openly arrogant way, head tilted up., Someone's full of himself.]
