Well, the most basic rules are there to keep everyone from getting themselves hurt or breaking the equipment and making sure everyone gets along and works together in the most efficient way possible ( Read more... )

*giggles softly* I think it was more about the fact that the walls ended up covered in paint that they were upset about, Siders, though it was kind of pretty like a big mural of rainbow battle damage~

I like to think that they're supposed to be gold, like the Golden Age of Cybertron, rather than orange like they are but there wasn't exactly a lot of gold to make walls with by the time they started building the Ark, y'know, but I think it's more supposed to be symbolic than functional...

*cants his head to the side curiously, blinking up at Sideswipe*

Miss them? Oh, because they're building that new city, right? Well we're going to be in the Ark a while longer, I'm sure, Siders, so don't miss them too much, I'm sure you'll be back to see them after the city's built and remember how much you hated waking up in the medbay with that orange ceiling and everything...

*smiles reassuringly - oblivious Blue is oblivious*

I don't like waking up in Medbay either because I sometimes can't remember getting there and that's kind of scary because you can only imagine what had happened between the battle and the Medbay, right? Or even worse if it wasn't a battle because then it's just... what's that human saying? I see it on the internet a lot.. Double-u, Tee, eff?

*giggles quietly* Yeah that. I think it's a pretty good phrase because there's times when you wake up and that's really all that comes to mind because, like, the last thing you remember is going into the washracks and then suddenly you're in Medbay and Ratchet's looking at you like it's your fault...

Well that may be but it isn't always your fault, it can't be one hundred percent of the time, you know? But I guess chances are pretty good given the percentage of past experiences, but then why does he look at me that way...?

*giggles a bit more, nestling into Sideswipe's side comfortably - he likes cuddling up to his friends, the mingling of electromagnetic fields was always comforting*

Yeah I guess that's true, but maybe when they finish the new city and he's got a nice new Medbay he won't be quite so grumpy for a while, do you think?

No, I guess you're right, it wouldn't be like him at all - it'd be downright scary if he were actually happy while he was working. I mean, I've seen Ratchet laugh sometimes, mostly when he's overcharged, but he's kinda like Prowl that it's always weird to see him smiling, y'know? It'd be nice if everyone would smile instead of worrying like they do... maybe things will change soon - I mean, things are changing already, with us being here instead of back home, and with all these other mechs from everywhere else in the universe and timestream and stuff, y'know? Maybe it's a turning point... a fork in the road...
