Slipstream was lurking about this part of the Nexus on foot. She carried no particular gear or equipment that would indicate her personal agenda. The spinning movement and transformation drew her attention, and she looked down, perhaps jaded, at the distraught bot.
"Pretty upset about a little spin-out, aren't ya?"
Topspin lifted his head to peer at the newcomer with dimmed optics.
After all the time he'd spent in the Nexus, he'd rarely run across them despite that very first fight with the weird looking Swindle (whom he never even saw). Figures a Decepticon would choose now to bother him.
"Go away, Seeker. Before I carve holes in those wings of yours."
Slipstream glared; she did not need to hear about anyone carving holes in any part of her. She'd suffered through regeneration twice now.
"I like how the threats play right into the so-called 'propaganda' about how oppressive Autobots are. Truly. Brilliant strategy naming the wings as a target straight-off. That implies some kind of forethought to the verbal assault. None too creative, though. Wings are kinda obvious."
No way was she complying with a command to leave, until she felt like it. He wasn't in her chain-of-command.

*Some time later, Topspin receives a short comm message: Thanks for playing with me. You realize I will have my revenge.*

How long have I been out here?
Then, the contents of the comm filtered through his jumbled mess of a processor and a small smile found its way to his faceplates.
//Heh...I'll look forward to it...//

//...You sound a little tired. You okay?//

Topspin sighed. //...Probably not.//

"Seriously," he quipped, waving a hand at her. "Go away."
