BW Cheetor
Leaving the Medbay to get the items Swoop told him about, Cheetor starts going over the many adventures he’s had since arriving in Nexus. It was kinda out there that he’d gone from promising Enforcer cadet, to part of an exploration-crew-turned-soldier in a war on a planet’s distant past, and then suddenly find himself in a different dimension with new family and friends. Now he was an assistant to the dimension’s only Dino-medic. This was one Pit of a story to tell his grandkids…If he had any. And he returned to his dimension. And he remembered what happened. The thought immediately wrings a shudder that was spark deep. Not remember the Swoops? Or Sari? His friendship with Waspinator? Bluestreak?
That last thought really frightens him. Not remember his best friend; his brother?
Stop that!! *he berates himself* Thinking about “what ifs” and “maybes” aren’t gonna help anyone, especially yourself. *For the sake of my sanity, he adds mentally*
And he knows he’ll go crazy if he starts worrying over things that very well won’t happen. Yet.
Shaking his head again, this time with more finality, he concentrates once more on the task at hand. He was pretty close to the area where Swoop said the warehouse was and he goes over the list one last time. He didn’t want to miss anything and have the Dino-medic doubt his quality of service.
Then, almost as an after-thought, he remembers he was going to call the Other Swoop to help him get the more cumbersome items. Not to mention the other dino knew the place better than he did, so he could help him find the stuff faster.
//Hey, Swoop, are you busy?// *he comms the pteradon* //I need some help restocking the Medbay and Dino-Doc said you knew where everything was//
